The Organoid Embedding Sheet is designed to facilitate embedding 3-dimensional (3D) aggregates (e.g. embryoid bodies, spheroids, or organoids) into a matrix. The wells on the sheet are designed to fit aggregates up to 5 mm in diameter. The sheet may be grasped at the top, along the label, for easy handling. The Organoid Embedding Sheet can also be a substitute for Parafilm and used to mix small volumes in various protocols. Each sheet contains 18 wells, and the sheet is compatible with STEMCELL media products such as STEMdiff™ Cerebral Organoid Kit (Catalog #08570).

The ibidi Culture-Insert family is developed for wound healing, co-cultivation, and migration assays of adherent cells. A proprietary biocompatible adhesive is applied to the underside of the Culture-Insert which allows it to adhere to any flat, clean, and dry surface. The Culture-Insert 4 Well consists of four wells, representing the four quarters of the round Culture-Insert. The wells are separated by a wall of 500 µm. When the wells are filled with adherent cells, a cell–free gap of 500 µm is created between the adjacent wells after removing the Culture-Insert 4 Well. Additionally, a center gap of 1000 µm is created, allowing to observe the migration of all cell types at once. Live-cell imaging can be used to analyze the gap closures. The Culture-Insert 4 Well comes ready-to-use in our µ-Dish 35 mm, High, ibiTreat dishes. Sterile, 30 pcs./box.
